Training For New Cross-Cultural Marketplace Workers

It is important for us to prepare well before we can actually serve well, especially if we seek to have Kingdom impact in a cross-cultural setting. Jesus Himself understood this simple fact. In the midst of all the needs and opportunities, he would often take time to rest, prepare and pray. (Mark 1:35). Scripture also reminds us that more than enthusiasm is needed to be fruitful. We see that in Proverbs 19:2, which says, “It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, nor to be hasty and miss the way.” A true multiplier “SLOWS” in order to be fruitful.
